The property
Ideally located between Saint Rémy de Provence and Eygalières with a view of the Alpilles, this 5 star charming 180 m² country house offers 4 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 8 people. Beautiful volumes, charm and brightness, chic and sober atmosphere.
The ground floor offers a spacious dining room with fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, two en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms and a separate toilet. On the first floor, a landing with a small office area leads to two air-conditioned bedrooms and a third bathroom with a toilet. The four independent air-conditioning units provide cooling for the entire villa.
The heated salt water swimming pool of 4 x 10 m has a beautiful beach, an outside shower and a toilet. Quiet in the countryside, the 3.300 m² property is situated in a green setting in the middle of orchards.
The kitchen & dining room
With its large table and its 5-flame stove with 2 ovens, this friendly and bright 33 m² room is the perfect place to cook and share good meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a television with Orange TV (107 channels) and DVD player.
The living room
The 42 m² living room offers a cozy space with comfortable sofas, fireplace, TV with Orange TV (107 channels), Netflix and DVD player, library and hushed lighting.
The “Carrairades” suite
The master suite has a 160 x 200 cm bed, air-conditioning, its private bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. It opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden.
The “A l’italienne” suite
The second suite has a 160 x 200 cm bed, air-conditioning, an Italian shower, a sink and a television.
The bedroom “Les Alpilles”
The first bedroom upstairs has a 160 x 200 cm bed, air-conditioning and a view of the garden and the Alpilles.
The bedroom “Les bosquets”
The second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds of 80 x 200 cm, air-conditioning and a view of the garden, the pool and the groves.
The upstairs bathroom
A landing with a small office area leads to both bedrooms upstairs as well as the bathroom which includes a shower, a sink and a toilet.
The terraces
Accessible from the kitchen and the living room, the main terrace is facing south and is overlooked by a vine filtering the sun’s rays. An ideal place to eat in the shade, a barbecue and a plancha are also available for cooking outdoors.
A second east-facing terrace allows you to take the first rays of the sun and enjoy the late afternoon in the shade, sitting comfortably in the garden lounge.
The pool area
The 4 x 10 m salt water pool with a depth of 110 to 150 cm and Roman steps is heated by a heat pump, which allows you to enjoy it from MAY to OCTOBER (or even earlier depending on the weather conditions and at an extra cost). It is equipped with an electric roller shutter to ensure optimum safety and to maintain the water temperature. It has a beautiful beach, an outdoor shower and a separate toilet. A ping pong table is also available.
The garden, the pétanque court and the bikes
The garden, decorated with some local species, is a source of tranquillity in the countryside at the foot of the Alpilles. A stone table allows you to eat in the shade of the walnut tree. The layout around the house is ideal for playing a game of pétanque. Bikes are also available for exploring the surrounding area.

Excellent stay with friends in the warm, clean, functional and well-equipped villa des Carrairades. Several outdoor areas and a large garden with its swimming pool allowed us to enjoy the summer in the quiet between the orchards. Situated a few kilometres from several characteristic villages of the region and 10 minutes by bike from the village of Mollégès where we found nice quality shopkeepers. Thanks to Bernadette, Jean and Patricia for their welcome and availability.

A crazy house! Great house, big garden, big swimming pool in a very nice area. We spent a top holiday with 2 families: 4 adults, 3 children, 2 babies and everything was perfect (folding beds, high chairs, etc). Very good communication on WhatsApp.
